The retailer is able to view our available stock from our current stock list. We stock multiples of models which are on display at our retailers. Models which are less popular, could be unique factory orders.
Our retailers typically receive stock orders within 1 week. However, this can take longer if the retailer advises a later delivery to fit their schedule.
The lead time for a unique customer order is approximately 14 to 16 weeks.
Each brand has their own limited warranty schedule. If you are a sole customer, our retailers will talk you through the warranties for the product you are interested in, before purchasing.
As a retailer, any technical issues related to the hot tubs you purchase from Spa Solutions are resolved via email and supporting video. In some cases, you may be able to seek direct factory support from product engineers.
